、福建海洋研究所承办的中国对外援助培训项目“2017年南非海产养殖技术培训班”和“2017年发展中国家海水经济虾类育苗与高产养殖技术培训班”于4月21日在福建海洋研究所联合开班。厦门市商务局对外经济合作处郑艳慧副处长代表主办单位，福建海洋研究所连张飞副所长代表承办单位，巴拿马水产资源管理局伊凡·莫拉莱斯副局长（副部级）、南非学员哈莫尼·恩科比尼先生分别在开班仪式上致辞。“2017年南非海产养殖技术培训班”的18位南非学员将参加为期42天（4月21日至6月1日）的专业学习交流。“2017年发展中国家海水经济虾类育苗与高产养殖技术培训班”来自柬埔寨、孟加拉国、斯里兰卡、加纳、卢旺达、巴拿马、秘鲁、墨西哥等40位学员将参加为期 70天（4月21日至6月29日）的专业学习交流。
On 21st April, the “2017 Training Course on Mariculture Technology for South Africa ” and “2017 Training Course on Breeding and High-Yield Culture Technology of Marine Economic Shrimp for Developing Countries”, sponsored by Ministry of Commerce and supervised by Fujian Institute of Oceanography witnessed a successful joint opening ceremony in Fujian Institute of Oceanography. On behalf of the sponsor Mr. Zheng Yanhui, Deputy Director of Foreign Economic Cooperation Department, Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and on behalf of the supervisor, Mr. Lian Zhangfei, Deputy Director General of Fujian Institute of Oceanography, Mr. Ivan Eduardo Flores Morales, Participants Representative of 2017 Training Course on Breeding and High-Yield Culture Technology of Marine Economic Shrimp for Developing Countries, Deputy Director General of Aquatic Resources Administration of Panama (ARAP), and Mr. Harmony Ngobeni, Participants Representative of 2017 Training Course on Mariculture Technology for South Africa delivered speeches respectively. 18 participants in the “2017 Training Course on Mariculture Technology for South Africa” course will attend a professional studying and opinion exchanging process for 42 days (from 21st April to 1st June), whilst 40 participants in the “2017 Training Course on Breeding and High-Yield Culture Technology of Marine Economic Shrimp for Developing Countries” course from Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Rwanda, Panama, Peru, and Mexico will attend a professional studying and opinion exchanging for 70 days(from 21st April to 29th June).
