【厨神食谱】柴鱼菠菜 Spinach with Bonito Flakes

柴鱼菠菜

Spinach with Bonito Flakes


材料

Ingredients

菠菜⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯300克

300g spinach

柴鱼⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯1小包

1 packet of bonito flakes 

蒜头⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯6粒

6 garlic cloves 


调味料 

Seasonings 

酱油膏⋯⋯⋯⋯2大匙

2 tbsp soy paste 

酱油、淡酱油、糖、味精各1/2茶匙

1/2 tsp of soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and MSG respectively 



做法

step by step 


1.菠菜去根头,洗净。蒜头切末,与调味料一起拌匀成调味汁。

Cut off the roots and heads of the spinach, rinse. Mince garlic cloves, combine with all the seasonings, mix well to make dipping sauce.


2.用手抓住菠菜叶片部分,先将菠菜茎部放入加少许盐的开水锅中烫软,然后再将全部菠菜放入烫熟,捞出,泡入冰水中至凉透,取出挤干水分,切6公分长段,排盘。

Hold on to the leaves of the spinach with your hand, first place the stems of the spinach in a pot of boiling water with some salt to blanch till soft, then put all the spinach in to blanch till cooked, remove, soak in iced water till cool down, remove, drain, cut into 6-cm pieces, line on a serving plate.


3.柴鱼撒在菠菜上,食用时,沾调味汁即可。

Scatter bonito flakes on top, goes with dipping sauce. Serve.
